Discover the secret of Google Adwords
How to get STUNNING results and gain super CHEAP traffic with Google AdWords
I’m going to share with you an AdWords Secret. This secret strategy has been used by SMART affiliate marketers who take advantage of Google AdWords to generate millions of dollars through super CHEAP traffic with Google Adwords. Here’s how you can do the same.
Affiliate marketers generally promote peoples products or services and receive a commission on a percentage of sales or leads generated. They also gain income from the Google AdSense by driving super cheap traffic to their website using Google Adwords.
So how are these affiliate marketers generating millions of dollars on small commissions by selling other people’s products or services with Google Adwords, while most of the mainstream product and service providers are burning their PPC money to trying hard to find the buyers?
Before we tell you our secret, let’s look at how your current Google AdWords works.
We know that you have set up your Google AdWords account. You have done your keyword research carefully from all the techniques you can learn on the net with the Google Keyword Suggestion tool, WordTracker or whatever you can find on the internet. You have picked all the “GOOD” keywords you believe that will generate sales for you and have added your keywords to your Ad Groups.
Then you set your monthly budget and launch your Google AdWords campaigns, with excitement you wait for buyers to come to your door.
However, after running your AdWords campaigns for a few weeks or months, you discover that the competition is so high! Majority of the time your high search volume keywords have been deactivated because your Max CPC is too low, you possibly keep increasing your Max CPC in order to get your ads to show up on the first page of Google search results.
Then after you discover that your ad spending is skyrocketing to the roof, your ad CTR is very low and your landing page did not convert. Your dream Google AdWords campaigns are running into a nightmare.
If the above sounds familiar to you, then you are not alone. Thousands of AdWords advertisers are facing the same problem as you. So now you are probably wondering what the solution is.
For most PPC advertisers, high CPC, low CTR, low conversion rate and poor ROI is a nightmare for their Google Adwords campaigns.
You want to reduce your CPC, your want to improve your quality score, you want to improve your conversion, you want to improve your landing page and increase your ROI.
However, the most challenge question is: HOW can I do that?
Now, we would like to share with you the hidden secret that will blow your competitors away and massively reduce your CPC spending in just 30 minutes.
After 12 months of research and analysis of hundreds of Google Adwords accounts, we finally discover this hidden secret that most PPC advertisers have ignored.
Now listen, this hidden secret will completely change the way how you manage your Google Adwords and other PPC campaigns, it will make a difference between you being a winner or loser. It will allow you to get 1000’s of super cheap traffic to your website day after day just like those smart affiliate marketers did.
Ok, let’s get started!!
In order to:
- Reduce your CPC
- Improve your ad quality score
- Improve your conversion rate
- Increase your ROI
You need to create MANY MANY Ad Groups with one or two keywords and ads in each Ad Group, so that your keywords will match to each ad in each Ad Groups. GOT IT??
So, how many Ad Groups are to be considered as “many”? Well, it is not 20, 50 or 100, basically you need to create hundreds or even thousands Ad Groups.
One Google AdWords account allows you to create 25 campaigns and 2000 Ad Groups per campaign. So you can promote 2,000 to 4,000 keywords per Ad Group, this will allow you to drive massive cheap traffic from Google AdWords.
Take FULL Advantage of the Google AdWords Contents Network
and drive More Super Cheap Traffic
Google's Content Network has transformed considerably and will change even more in the next 6 months.
Most people are 2 or 3 years behind.
When you're up to date, it'll be like being 2 years AHEAD of the pack because there are gratifying quantities of quality traffic available on Google's Content Network. Google is introducing all kinds of new features soon, in addition to new things you may not know of yet.
Now once you understand this hidden secret, then you can multiply this concept with Google AdWords contents network and get more SUPER CHEAP traffic to your website without paying high CPC, leave your competitors alone and enjoy the power of Google AdWords.
How can you do that?
Right, you use the same concept as mentioned above and create Content Network ads.
According to Google there is a high inventory for the Content Network that only cost a penny compared to a few dollars even $20.00 or $30.00 per clicks in the Search Network.
All you need to do is simply create a separate campaign for the Content Network, and use the same concept as above to create hundreds or thousands of Ad Groups with 1 or 2 keywords and image ads in each Ad Group. You will generate 1,000’s of super cheap traffic for a few cents per click.
You may be wondering how long it will take to create hundreds or thousands Ad Groups? If you do it manually, it will take hundreds of hours and even weeks. Just try it yourself; you will quickly learn that it is a nightmare. This probably is one of the reasons why most of the advertisers never take the time to create their campaigns properly because they’re just too lazy to either take easy way or they don’t have time.
You don’t need to panic! This is exactly where PPC AdMax comes from. Now you can do this very time consuming work easily with PPC AdMax! This is the new next generation PPC Campaign creation and management tool to help you to create thousands of highly relevant quality ads in less than 10 minutes with a click of button.

Let me help you with the math :) That’s $200 saving per month of $2,400 per year for a piece of software that only costs $149.95 and that's not even taking into consideration the amount of time you are saving if you doing all this manually.
But here's the catch: Every minute you delay this you could wind up costing you dearly, IF you can get in at ALL.
The choice is clear you can continue to waste time bumbling around blindly trying to figure out how to reduce your CPC and improve your ROI, or you can...

Effective search reason on Google!!
Google has always tried to make the searches more effective for their users, so how can it be done? Here are some helpful hints from Google’s expert to give you a head start. Feel free to share it with your friends. This video shows what’s the best way to narrow your search to get the exact results you are looking for, without wasting your time going through hundreds of websites. Here are some examples:
If you would like to use a phase match you can use double quotes “Red Roses.” if you want roses but not Red you can search using a minus symbol in front e.g. – Red rose, then your search will give you all the results with all types of roses besides “RED”.
If you are searching for Red rose on a particular site. You will just have to type in, “Site: www.roses.com red rose” then the search result will only show the keywords you are looking for within the site.

Why would a site's FAQ page rank above its homepage?
Here is a helpful video from Google’s representative Matt Cutts explaining “Why would a site's FAQ page rank above its homepage”? Sometimes when you search for a company you wouldn’t get their main page as your number one search result. For example, you search for “abc123 Pty Ltd” and the result would be www.abc123/FAQ that shows on the top of the search. So why does that happen?
Well according to Matt, If your FAQ is ranked higher then your root page, this means your root page has not enough content compared to your FAQ page. Your FAQ page can also have more relevant keywords that the users are searching for and it might be that there are more people who are linked to the certain page to give you a higher ranking.

AdWords launched for small businesses!
Google has now officially launched a simplified beta version of Google AdWords which targets small businesses that are still learning the full potential of the regular AdWords. Don’t stress because your business will still be listed in sponsored results.
AdWords Local Listing Ads for small businesses require no management of ad creative, keywords, bidding or budget management. You just select a standard category that best describes your business and Google will determine the cost and will ensure the ad is seen by people looking in that category and location.
Features of the simplified AdWords:
• Free call-tracking, announcing each forwarded customer call (‘This caller brought to you by Google’)
• Full report on the number of calls, clicks to your ad, requests for driving directions, and clicks to your info window on Google Maps
• The option to cancel your ad at any time
Don’t get excited yet because this is only available in some parts of the US, if it does well I’m sure we will soon see it hitting all countries.
Google’s ranking algorithms, are poor links bad?
While link building is one of the effective ways to increase your ranking on search engines, have you thought about the links to your site that are low quality? The goal for many website owners is to build a good reputation for their site and by adding poor quality links may tamper with your rankings. But from my findings you do not have to stress too much as I have found a source stating that poor quality incoming links have little effect on your ranking.
The facts are that linking is a major factor in Google’s ranking algorithms but it is one out of many that contribute to your ranking on search engines. Other factors include how your website is structured, your title and your keywords and description etc. Just make sure your website is structured well and you may want to minimize your bad links but this is only one aspect on how Google judges your site.
Google cannot dominate all countries
People that deal with internet marketing knows that Google is one of the major search engines out there. It dominates majority of the world but in this case there is one part of the world where it can’t get in as number 1. Yes Google cannot get into China. In China the search engine that dominates is called Baidu.
Baidu is Chinas most popular search engine and accounts for around three out of four online searches. Recently Baidu has announced that its popular services will now reach mobile phones giving Google a whole new head spin. One of Baidu’s projects is to provide search for mobile internet sites and will also be released for iPhones. With Chinese mobile users performed over 270 million web searches in the second quarter this year I believe that it will be a success.
Google has now officially launched a simplified beta version of Google AdWords which targets small businesses that are still learning the full potential of the regular AdWords. You don’t have to spend too much time managing your campaigns anymore as the simple steps minimize efforts including design Ads, select keywords or budgets.

How can Keyword Match Types impact your campaigns performance?
Would you like to know how to take control of your ads? Draw the right audience to your site and “STOP paying for bad clicks”. You can achieve all that by using the right Keyword Match Type in your campaign.
Different keyword match type has a bid impact for your PPC campaigns:
- Broad match: allows you to target to display your ad if your Keyword is anywhere in the Search term, for example: if you were using the broad match keyword “Pink Rose”, your ad may show when a person searches for either or both keywords, or something that Google believes is similar. It is possible that you may show for both singular and plural forms. Yes your ad will have a lot of impressions but it will also lead you to some wanted clicks.
- Phrase match: allows you to displays your ad only if Search Term and Keyword are in the same order. Here is an quick example of how phrase match works: if you are targeting “Pink Rose” on phrase match it will hit for keywords including the phrase “Pink Rose”, which would include the keywords “long stamp pink roses”, “Pink Large Roses”, “Fresh Pink Rose”, “Fresh Pink Long Stamp Roses” your add will still show. Therefore, as long as those 2 main keywords are included in the search your ad will show. Using Phrase Match will allow you to draw a wider market compared to exact Match but still narrow compared to broad Match which is a good thing as this will save you from paying for bad clicks!
- Exact match: allows you to displays your ad only if the Search Term exactly matches with the Keyword. Here is an example: if you are were selling “Pink Roses” and don’t want to waste clicks on people tying in other relevancy you will use “Pink Roses” on exact match it will hit only for the keyword “Pink Roses”. Yes, this can save you a lot of bad paying clicks but you will lose opportunities when people search for “Large Pink Roses”.
After the explanation above it might have given you some ideas on what your goals are and your desire ROI will be.
Your next step is to choose a suitable keyword match type for the keywords in your campaign in order to maximize your ROI and get the best results by using the right keyword match type.
When you add new keywords to your Google Adwords account, by default it uses “Broad Match”. After running the campaign for a while, you may need to change your keywords to a different match types in order to achieve better results.
Don’t think changing your match type is an easy thing to do, almost all our clients have more 500 or more keywords in their account, and some even have a million keywords!! So what are you going to do?
There are two ways to change your keyword match types:
Manually: You need to login to your Google account to change your match type one by one. As a result it can take you hours by the time you go through the full list, we can truly say this process is very time consuming, it can be worse if you have to specify CPC and Destination URL for each keyword.
Or you can do this automatically with a few button clicks by using PPC BidMax. Here are the 4 step you can take to simplify your life:

Search Engine News Flash
Google’s new search engine!
Since the merge with Bing and Yahoo!, Google has now announced that they will also be launching a new project, which is a new version of Google Search. Puzzled? Yes they are going to launch a new updated edition of Google’s search engine to replace the old one. Maybe Google feels slightly threatened with the new competition. Bing and Yahoo have also recently partnered up with Facebook and they are doing extremely well with the click share.
From the research I have gathered the reason why they are working so hard on this project is so they can improve the search engines indexing speed giving more relevant search results speedily, better accuracy and comprehensiveness. The change is said to be not that noticeable and most people won’t even notice a difference. If you would like to test this new search engine please visit http://www2.sandbox.google.com/
Who’s the speedier search engine?
Round 1 fight! The arising competition between Google and Bing is becoming slightly more noticeable. Who is stealing whose click share? With the Bing market share growing, Google has plans to speed up search results to gain a few points back.
As I have mention previously Google is also working on updating there search engine (Sandbox) but another plan that’s going to be put into place is Google AJAX. AJAX technology is basically an application framework which uses advanced JavaScript to make pages of search results load faster. Google sees this as an advantage and will use AJAX to reconfigure the speed of there search engine.
Some results say that Bing potentially has a faster speed than Google when it comes to doing searches. But will the implementation of AJAX be faster than Bing??
Geo Meta Tag useless?
Recently I watched one of Matt Cutts (Google) videos on Geo Meta tags. Yes Geo Meta tags don’t actually account for much when it comes to search engine optimization. Geo Meta tags are a standard meta tag that provides the location and country of your website.
A few tips to look out for are:
*Have the right domain name
*Have the right IP Address
*Have content that is geo located
Don’t spend your time looking closely at geo meta tags, use tools where you can assign where your website is located e.g. assigning your domain to a category. An example of this is: Your domain ends with “.com” therefore you can use tools to set your location, to Australia, New Zealand etc.
Google’s variety of languages
Google’s Translate feature has now reached 51 languages. With unfamiliar websites in different languages, Google can now decipher languages and translate them within a few seconds! Although Google has this phenomenal translation feature it is not 100% accurate. I believe this will improve in time and also with additional languages. This feature is great to review documents, projects, emails, web pages!

PPC management, quick overview for successful campaigns!
For the past 5+ years Paid Search Advertising also known as Pay Per Click and PPC has gained a immeasurable amount of recognition in the search engine industry. Whilst the traditional search engine optimization still remains the number one online marketing strategy, an immense amount of marketers have now discovered the potential of online advertising campaigns. With properly designed and managed PPC campaigns it will guarantee any business an increase in traffic.
Within the boom in search engine optimization and paid search engine advertising a lot of changes have occurred in search engines. All the common names that we hear today is Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Bing etc. With the big names to appear the smaller search engines are slowly dying out. To name a couple that no longer exist is “FindWhat”, “kanoodle” and “ePilot”. Furthermore choosing the right search engines is no longer a problem, just look for the big names.
1. Quick Overview
Pay Per Click (PPC) search engines are built like a bidding network, just like auctions. You are bidding against your competitors for specific, related keywords for more traffic i.e. customers. Keywords are one of the most important components in paid search engine advertising.
The concept of PPC bidding is pretty simple, you bid on the keywords that best relate to the product you are selling. The highest bidder either through position bidding (you choose your keywords and the search engine will give you the position according to the maximum cost per click) or the most relevant ad gets placed at the top of the search results, but you only have to pay the amount you bid if someone clicks through to your website.
Compared to organic search engine optimization (or SEO), the biggest advantage with PPC is that it allows you to target to large amount of targeted keywords that SEO is unable to achieve. You can target hundreds thousands or even millions of keywords.
By advertising with PPC search engines it gives you key advantages:
• The fastest and most effective way to gain traffic
By choosing the most relevant keywords that relates to the products or service you are selling, you are already targeting to the right type of customers. You have full control of how much your are willing to bid for the visitor who is going to visit your website. PPC search engines cheaply directs qualified visitors to you, to your business.
• Exposure and immediate profits
Search engine optimization usually takes 2-6 weeks or even months to list your website onto a search engine. To see quick profitable results then PPC is the best alternative. Most PPC search engines will set your website live either within a couple of hours or maximum a few days. You will definitely see results and sales practically immediately.
2. Successful PPC Campaigns
To get started on a successful PPC campaign the logic behind it is “attract and gain as much traffic as possible and keep your bids as low as possible”. You know you are paying for each and every visitor visiting your website, so it is clear you must make sure you maximise the effectiveness of your PPC campaign. Below are some basic guidelines to help optimize your campaign and ensure your return on investment.
• Good Campaign Structure
To have a good campaign structure you need to plan what you are selling and apply it to the most efficient keywords. A campaign structure consists of your account which is like your store (website), then you have your campaigns (what you are selling/ categories) and then you have your adgroups (keywords that are distinctive to sell your products).
• Focus on highly targeted keywords
As mentioned earlier, PPC Advertising is the most cost effective way to target traffic to your website. To maximise your bidding campaign make sure you choose the right keywords you wish to bid on. The key with choosing the right keywords is to be very specific. For example, instead of bidding on “dog collars” you can consider bidding on “dog flee collars”. Keep in mind you want to target to attract qualified buyers. It will be easier to convert them into paying customers because they have found exactly what they are looking for. And sometimes more specific keywords tend to be less expensive than the general keywords that your competitors are bidding on.
• Good Landing Page
A landing page is the first page of your website to appear when you click on your ad. You have be careful you are not leading your visitor to irrelevant information to what they are looking for. The page should have consistent information to the advertisement. Try to minimize the amount of clicks that have to be made to the purchasing page.
• Customize your advertisements
To attract more attention from qualified buyers, you need to be able to write your ads specifically for each of the keywords you bid on. Think about the type of visitor that we end up looking at your website. An example is: instead of writing an ad for “pies” you can write “home made meat pies”.
• Quality Score
A Quality Score is where the AdWords system calculates if your keywords are matching to your ad. This has been put in place so that the more relevant ad shows up first in search results. In general, a high Quality Score means that your keyword will trigger ads in a higher position and at a lower cost-per-click (CPC). So to get the best result you have to gain a higher Quality Score and then your costs will be lower and your ad position will be better.
• Relevant Ads
Your ad is consisted in three parts, the heading, your description and your URL. Make sure your heading is describing what you are targeting to sell, your description relates to the product or service and the URL which doesn’t have to be the same URL as your home page for your website. You may want to target to either a language or a location.
• Bidding Strategy
To control over spending you need to have a bidding strategy. Position bidding is one option to look out for. Position bidding means bidding on a specific position on search engines. After choosing your competitive keywords, in order to maintain a certain position you need to keep changing your max CPC (cost per click) because of the competition. The second option is ROI Bidding. There are two categories, ROAS (Return on acquisition spending) and CPA (Cost per acquisition spending). ROAS is suitable for businesses if they want to see direct sales and CPA is used to generate more leads.
• Tracking and ROI Measurement
Tracking is where you can monitor your clicks to see if they are converting to sales. Of course you want to see if sales are being generated from your PPC campaign. Tools you can use are Google Analytics or Yahoo Web Analytics. By using either of these tools you will also be able to calculate your ROI (Return on Investment).
3. Managing your PPC Advertising Campaign
Now that you have designed a killer selling ad copy, chosen highly targeted keywords, calculated the maximum you can afford to bid on each of search terms and determined which spot on the search results you wish to secure. We can now concentrate on the tools that will simplify the remaining steps.
The aim is to manage the desired position of your ad and adjust your bids correctly in accordance to the PPC market conditions. It’s like monitoring shares on the share market, to get the best deal you need to constantly watch prices and react immediately to any change. Your competitors are what to watch out for. Keep an eye on the price of bids and your position.
(a) Maintain Target Position
Maintaining your target position is not so much a hassle when it comes to using a automated bid management software. Bid Management software will automatically adjust your maximum CPC (cost per click) and will do its best to maintain your target position so you don’t have to constantly monitor it yourself. Be sure that you can set your upper limit, to give you full control of your bids. An example is you do not want to spend more than $2.00 on a competitive keyword, bid management software will keep adjusting the bids to aim at your target desired position and will not go over your chosen upper limit.
(b) Control your Maximum Cost per Click
As mentioned earlier in this article, the calculation of your maximum bid cost (cost per click) requires you to collect a list of statistics about your website. Based on our assumption, you are willing to pay maximum of $2.00 per click. Therefore you should not pursue any positions where the bids are over your $2.00 limit.
To get the most accurate bidding results without having to baby-sit your advertising campaign, I would recommend relying on one of the automated bid management software available on the market today. In general, those tools constantly check your bids and adjust them accordingly to maintain your desired position so that you don’t have to be alert 24/7.
The more sophisticated tools allow you to set your daily budget to prevent spending more than it is efficient for your business. Below I have listed the main features you should be looking for when choosing the bid management software for your campaign:
- Create new campaigns, adgroups and keywords easily
- The ability to create and identify targeted keywords and phrases that convert leads in sales.
- The ability to set the maximum and minimum amount your want to bid.
- The ability to set your desired position.
- the ability to compile comprehensive reports on your keywords, bidding cost, bid position and current bid for each keywords.
- Easy bulk updating
- Simple campaign conversion, update to Google, Yahoo!, MSN.
- The ability to change keyword match types, find out what you are doing right or wrong with your chosen keywords.
If you would like to download a FREE demo version of bid management software, there is one available at http://www.ppcbidmax.com.
It will help you understand the whole process of designing and maintaining PPC campaigns so you can always manage your campaigns cost-effectively and allocate your budgets and increase your revenue.
Paid Search Advertising presents an excellent opportunity to immediately address your offers to the proper online audience. Focus on identifying highly targeted keywords that convert for your website. Calculate your bids so your sales justify the cost. This way you will maximize your return on investment and ensure your website’s success with PPC advertising.

Small business SEO Guidelines, helpful hints!
Small businesses today are becoming more aware of internet marketing. They need to understand and apply at least the basics of search engine optimization. If you are a small business owner and are unsure of the basics then read on and get some useful knowledge about search engine optimization. These helpful hints and facts will give you the answers you need without having to access and pay for high-level consulting.
1. Time. The first step is to dedicate some time into your search engine optimization. You have to be committed to the process otherwise you will not succeed. Search engine algorithms is constantly changing therefore you are the one that needs to be committed.
2. Goals. Think to yourself, what do I want to achieve? What outcome would you like to see when you have put in so much commitment and effort? Do research and use a web analytics system to track your progress. You will be able to then identify what to do and what not to do.
3. Website. Is your website up to scratch? The golden rule is to have a website that will end up on the first page of Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Do you believe your competitor’s website is better than yours? Is your website one of the top ten in the world?
4. Patience. Results often take time. Even to be indexed may take up to 3-6 weeks. If you’re a smaller business and you have just entered the industry then it may take you longer to be familiar with the concept.
5. Your URL. Does it sound SEO friendly? A tip is not to use underscores and over do it with 3 or more hyphens. It may appear to look too much like spam.
6. Site map. Remember to include a site map page otherwise the “spiders” can’t index pages that can’t be crawled. A site map is highly needed and will help “spiders” to find all the important pages on your site.
7. Meta tag. Make sure you are using a unique and relevant title and meta description on every page. The most important page is your title page for SEO. Your ranking does not really contribute to your meta description but will be seen as a small paragraph in your listing. Make sure you include relevant keywords in your meta description and so that it will attract searchers to view your website.
8. Be unique. Check if your content is unique by writing a description of what you are selling that is different to your competitors. You want to stand out and not have the exact same descriptions as everyone else selling the same product. Use your keyword research to incorporate this into your description.
9. Link Building. Linking building is very important to create back links to your website. Submit your website to free shareware sites, make sure you link to relevant websites similar to yours. This is time consuming but it works!
10. Anchor text. Use your keywords as anchor text when linking internally. Anchor text helps the “spiders” by telling them about what the linked-to page is about. Links that are clickable on do nothing for your search engine visibility.

Search Engine News Flash
Google’s search results now show prices
One of Google’s features that I have recently noticed is the prices shown in your search results. With this featured added into Google’s operating system you can now just simply search something you want to buy and prices come up instantly. When you select the option “prices from the page”, Google will try to pull out prices from the web page result, for the query you entered. This will save you so much time looking through every website!
Google, Yahoo! and MSN fights click fraud!
Click fraud is a pain but recently the major search engines have been commended by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) for helping to reduce click fraud. Click fraud is one of the biggest problems for search engine advertising indicating around 22% of all search engine clicks.
With Google, Yahoo! and MSN passing audits for their Click Measurement Guidelines more can be done to regulate click-count measurement across media companies. With guidelines in place this will help achieve to eliminate and identify fraudulent clicks, measure valid clicks and establish parameters for the accurate buying and selling of cost per click advertising.
With having our three major search engines involved and comply with the IAB guidelines, it is a step closer to reducing click fraud.
Bing’s click share is rising
After Microsoft Bings launch in June the click share has risen 44% according to a report from Efficient Frontier. It really looks positive for Microsoft after the launch and studies show that Bing did particularly well in travel and finance categories. With new figures and statistics arising from all around, it seems intense. Will we see even better results after the Yahoo! and Microsoft deal?
I think it’s good to know Google has now got some competition on board. With Bing doing well hopefully we will be able to see lower click prices.

PPC Management Tips: How to use the right tools to manage you keywords effectively
Keyword management is one of the most difficult parts of PPC management. You have to choose the right keywords, set match types and also be sure not to neglect special cases like negative keywords or even misspellings words. All of this can be really stressful no matter if you are new to search marketing or been in the industry for years.
There are many ways to approach this. One is to manage your keywords effectively in order to stay with the rest of the competitors, without spending too much time and money. Try to filter your keywords by differentiating competitive keywords.
Normally your PPC account contains keywords that is very competitive or less competitive. For example, in 1 account there are a total of 1000 keywords, 100 of them is competitive and the rest is less competitive. This can be determined by many factors depending on personal preference, you can judge the keywords competitiveness by number of clicks, number of impressions, cost of the keyword or ROI.
So the question is, how can you manage your keywords effectively in order to stay with the rest of the competitors? Here is the answer, split your account into two. One account for competitive keywords and the other for less competitive keywords.
Why use this approach? The most comment mistake that people make is updating ALL their keywords frequently no matter if its competitive or not. This is not the correct strategy by using Pay Per Click for an effective result. We highly recommend you to separate your competitive and non- competitive keywords into two different accounts so that you can manage and customize each group of keywords. This way you can use different strategies for both accounts.
For example, your competitive keywords can be set in the scheduler to update every 6 hours, whereas your non-competitive keywords can be set in the scheduler to update every 24hours. As a result you can monitor how well each account of keywords is performing. By not updating your non competitive keywords as frequently you are also saving your Google API quota.
We have the right tools for you to get started! With our PPC BidMax you can optimize your account and keywords with just a few clicks.
Here are the steps you need to take:
• You can do so by downloading the same account in PPC Bidmax and manage the competitive keywords in one account and the non-competitive. If you have already created an account with all your campaigns and keywords then all need to do is duplicate the same account by creating selecting “New Account”.
• Once you have uploaded all the information into the software, please dedicate one account for your competitive keywords and one for your non- competitive keywords. For example you can name the file (E.g. 123compeitive keywords and 123non competitive keywords).
• Go into the competitive keyword account, under the “Optimize” column tick the competitive keyword you want to update more frequently and make sure the non-competitive keywords is un-ticked. (This means only the competitive will update when you schedule it to).
• You might have to do the same with the non-competitive account so that your keywords still update, but less frequently so that you do not waste your API quota.
• Please don’t forget to edit your scheduler once you set the account by clicking “Edit account-> Scheduler->under the drop down button choose the time you want to frequently update per account”.
